or Arugula
2 beets
roasted, sliced
4 tablespoons walnuts
chopped
4 ounces goat cheese
mandarin oranges
4 tablespoons apple cider vinaigrette dressing






Top greens with beets, cheese, walnuts, oranges and dressing. Mix well.
