Spinach Artichoke Sirloin Steak and Mushroom Pasta





8 oz. HungryRoot Spinach Artichoke Sauce
8 oz. Baby Bella Mushroom, whole or sliced
16 oz. Rigatoni Pasta, gfcf
8 oz. Fully Cooked Seasoned Beef Sirloin Steaks

Boil a large pot of salted water, add pasta + cook as package directions for al dente, then drain + return to pot

Meanwhile, heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat steak dry and if cooked, sear 2 min per side until warmed through, then slice; set aside. Otherwise, cook from raw.

If not pre-sliced, wipe mushrooms clean + thinly slice; heat 1 tbsp oil in same skillet over high, cook undisturbed 3 min; sauté 3-4 min until browned + tender, season with salt/pep

Toss pasta with container of sauce, mushrooms + steak then divide to plates—Makes 4 servomgs/
