Roasted Chicken with Potatoes and Carrots

Potatoes 1 lb Carrots Salt, tt 1+ Tab black pepper 5 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 cup olive oil Cut potatoes in quarters or halves and carrots into 1-2 inch pieces. Divide these and the rest of the ingredients into sheetpan(s.) Bake in a 375-degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Check for doneness, if the potatoes and chicken drums are soft and easily pierced with the fork they are ready.
