Beef Kabob Bowl

  • 1 lb. lean steak such as petite sirloin

  • Primal Kitchen Sesame Ginger Dressing, for marinating
  • 1 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Pure Avocado Oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • ½ small red onion, sliced
  • 1-2 green onion stalks, cut into small pieces
  • Primal Kitchen Yum Yum Dipping Sauce, for serving

  1. Trim your steak. In a bowl, thoroughly cover the steak with Sesame Ginger Dressing and marinate for at least one hour (up to overnight).

  2. Cook the steak: Preheat your grill or griddle pan to medium-high. Once hot, cook steak for about 5 minutes per side, flipping once, for medium doneness. Set the steak aside to rest.

  3. Preheat a skillet to medium. Add avocado oil, broccoli, pepper, and red onion. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Uncover and add the diced green onion. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes uncovered, until broccoli reaches desired tenderness.
  5. Slice the steaks into bite-sized pieces. Divide the cooked rice evenly between 4 bowls. Top each serving with ¼ of the veggie mix and ¼ of the diced steak. Drizzle with Yum Yum Sauce.

  6. Serve with extra Yum Yum Sauce for dipping and enjoy!
