Beef Pasties

1 loaf white frozen bread dough
1 lb ground beef
1 potato
1 carrot
1 onion
½ cup celery
1 tsp salt
1/4 tea black pepper


Let dough thaw and rise.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large skillet. Cook 20 minutes. Let cool.
Divide dough into 6 pieces and stretch out on a floured surface until @8 inches.
Top each circle with @2/3 cup filling. Moisten edges, fold in half and seal
With scissors snip a short gash on top of each circle for steam to vent.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise in warm place 30-40 minutes.
Bake 325F for 15-20 minutes.
