Classic Bacon Cheeseburger



Grass-Fed Ground Beef Patties (85/15)
Brioche Buns
Pork Bacon
BBQ Sauce
Red Onions

Preheat grill to high + oil grates; cut off the stems of 1½ onions, discard outer skin, then carefully slice onions into ¼ to ½-inch rounds; drizzle with oil + salt/pep; grill 5 min with lid closed, flip + grill 4-6 min until charred + slightly softened

Meanwhile, rub 1½ packages of burgers with 1½ tbsp oil + salt/pep; grill 3 min per side with lid closed

Heat skillet over medium; add ¾ of a package of bacon + cook, flipping frequently, until browned + cooked through, 4-6 min

Grill ¾ of a package of buns until warm + golden; spread 2 tbsp sauce onto each bun; top buns with burgers, onions + bacon; close the lid—that looks so good!
