Classic Deviled Eggs

 

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tab. Mustard
1/2 tsp. vinegar or pickle juice
salt and pepper to taste
Paprika or Old Bay

SEPARATE egg yolks from egg whites.

MASH egg yolks in small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except egg white halves.

SPOON or pipe yolk filling into egg whites. Chill, if desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or Old Bay.
