Creamy Caper Salmon and Veggies Plate

House Dressing
Green Beans, Trimmed 
Atlantic Salmon Fillets
red potatoes
Foraged Capers



Pat fish dry + season with salt/pep + your fav spices (we like garlic powder); heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high (get that pan hot, otherwise the fish will stick) + sear fish 3 min, flip + sear another 1-2 min (for well done cook 3 min on sec side)
Meanwhile, microwave potatoes in bag for 6-7 min; let cool 1-2 min + chop into quarters, season with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fav seasonings
Boil a pot with ½ cup water + pinch of salt; place green beans in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 3-4 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil
Divide all to plates; drizzle with 4 tbsp dressing + 2 tbsp drained capers.
