Crockpot Artichoke Pasta

 

15 oz stewed tomatoes
15 oz tomatoes, Diced Italian
15 oz Artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
6 cloves garlic. minced
½ cup sliced green olives
½ cup heavy cream
16 oz Whole wheat rotini pasta

Place tomatoes, Artichokes, garlic and olives in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Stir in heavy cream and serve over cooked pasta.
