Curried Tofu Salad




3 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mango chutney prepared
2 teaspoons Madras hot curry powder. preferably
¼ teaspoon salt
black pepper, to taste
1 x 14 ounce extra-firm tofu, package, water-packed, drained, rinsed and finely crumbled
1 cup red grapes, sliced in half
½ cup scallions, sliced
¼ cup chopped walnuts
2 stalks celery, diced
