Cooked white or brown rice
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
12 oz sirloin sliced thin
Sauce: (You can substitute HungryRoot's Black Pepper sauce)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil divided

Rice: Put rice on to cook.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until combined. Set the sauce aside.
Spread broccoli on sheet pan; drizzle on 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep and bake 5 min.
Pat beef dry, season with salt/pep.
Take out sheet pan and push broccoli to one side of the pan. Add 1 tbsp oil and beef, bake 5-7 min more
Toss beef on the sheet pan with sauce; broil 1-2 min until sauce is bubbly
