1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
15 oz chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp sea salt
¾ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp sriracha
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp sesame oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
