Teriyaki Tofu Ramen + Asian Veggie Bowl



  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Pick 2: Bok Choy Veggie Mix,  Seven Veggie Stir-Fry, and/or Teriyaki Veggie Stir-Fry Kit
  • Pick 1: Japanese Teriyaki Saucy Tofu, Savory Spiced Tofu Bites or Extra Firm Tofu
  • Ramen Kaedama noodles

Heat 2 tbsp oil in 12-inch skillet or large pot over high; sauté 2 packages of stir-fry veggies with salt/pep 5-7 min or until tender

Boil a large pot of water; add ramen, gently mix to separate + cook for about 2 min until tender; strain

Pat tofu dry + cut into 1-inch cubes; heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high + sauté tofu 2-3 min until starting to brown; stir in noodles + ¼-½ cup sauce

Divide noodles + veggies to bowls
