Teriyaki Sheet Pan Trout & Creamer Potatoes



Multicolored Creamer Potatoes
Broccoli
Sweet Teriyaki
Steelhead Trout

Preheat oven to 400°; pat 1½ packages of trout dry + set aside in a bowl

Add 6 tbsp teriyaki to the protein + mix thoroughly

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender

Wash + slice ¾ of a package of potatoes into ¼-inch coins then toss with salt/pep + 1½ tbsp oil; transfer to a sheet pan with protein + cook for 10-14 minutes then divide between plates
